In this episode, I have a chat with Coach Latarsha Horne, one of my favorite coaches in the whole world. Coach Tarsh is also a person that I deeply admire, and someone from whom I had the distinct privilege of getting coached in a peer coaching round for ICF.
Coach Tarsh drops so much knowledge and wisdom throughout the whole episode. Some of my favorite moments are her explanation of how to build a sensible, implementable initative, what she thinks are the gaps in DEI efforts right now, and, last but certainly not the least, her explanation of motivation vs. inspiration.
