Hello! Welcome to the Shakti Group Coaching Membership Program. My name is Dr. Aparajita Jeedigunta. I am an award-winning Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belongingness and Leadership Strategist, Consultant and Coach. I am absolutely honored, humbled and thrilled that I get to be your guide and coach on your journey of reclaiming your inner power so that you can exponentially increase your leadership presence, impact and income, while permanently eliminating the misery of being overworked and underappreciated.

Here are the next steps you can expect as a part of your onboarding process into the Group Coaching membership program that you selected. The onboarding process has 6 steps. You will be receiving a series of 6 emails as a part of the onboarding process.

Step 1: Expect an email very soon with these exact next steps. I wanted to make sure you have these steps in your email for your documentation and records.

Step 2: Within the next 24 hours, you will be receiving an email that contains the link to your specific Shakti Group Coaching Membership program. The contract contains your payment renewal details, confidentiality and proper usage terms, as well as the rules and expectations that I have for you as a participant in the group coaching program. These rules and expectations have been set to protect your safety as well as the safety of all other participants in your program to make sure that our coaching sessions are safe, judgment free, confidential spaces.

Step 3: After you sign and submit the contract, within 24 hours after that, you will receive an email where you can schedule a short Onboarding Q&A with me. This call will last about 15 minutes. I will briefly introduce myself, go over the “about you” form that you submitted and open the floor for any questions you may have for me.

Step 4: Once our onboarding call is complete, you will receive an email with the link to the membership portal. This is where you can set up your membership profile, access the portal, and explore the area to check out all of the different things I have in store for you. When you set up your membership profile on the portal, please remember the email address and password that you use to set yourself up. This is the information you will need to log back in to access future content.

Step 5: In about 24 hours after you receive the membership portal link, you will receive the link to your complimentary DISC Assessment. The DISC Assessment gives you a snapshot of your behavioral tendencies as they are right now. When you complete this assessment, the system will automatically generate and send a nearly 40-page report to you and me. This report is a great baseline to use as a starting point on your journey. Keep this report handy! We’ll be discussing aspects of it in our group coaching sessions in the future.

Step 6: The last email you will receive in the onboarding process is an email that contains the checklist of all of the things you should have done to experience your membership to the fullest extent. This email will also contain the details of the next steps of where to go, what to do and what not to do so that you can maximize the value of the Shakti Group Membership program and portal.
